The man on the right is Collins Carnes, taken 1925 at the VA Hospital, Kerrville. Collins Carnes was born ca 1906, died September 22, 1969, in Bandera County. His wife was Ella Ward. In 1930 he lived with his parents at 721 Gilmer Street, Kerrville and was a bus driver for a bus line, probably Peterson's.
