Looking for the family of Angelina Lucille Picciano Proctor

UPDATE! Thanks to the power of the internet, on August 5, 2016, a family member contacted us and has claimed the photos described below. They will be returned to the family in New York soon.
The story of the photos is below.

Recently a gentleman brought in an old suitcase he had retrieved from a dumpster in Kerrville.  The suitcase was filled with family photos belonging to Angelina Lucille Picciano Proctor.  There are a few photos from her life in retirement in Kerrville, but most of them are family photos, some dating back more than a century.  A sample are shown here.
A photo of Lucille at their "old house in Michigan".

A group who worked with Lucille.

Unknown woman, possibly her mother, Theresa.

Back of card reads cousin Peter Picciano from Canastota, New York. Her wedding? or his?

Her obituary from the  April 24, 2004 Kerrville Mountain Sun:
Mrs. Angelina Lucille Proctor, 94, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away Friday, April 23, 2004, in a Kerrville care center. She was born April 22, 1910, in Batavia, N.Y., to Louis and Theresa Picciano. She was a caregiver at the School for the Blind in Lansing, Mich., and was a member of the Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Larry Eugene Proctor.
Among her survivors are a close friend, Betty Craig.

Services for Mrs. Proctor will be held at a later date in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Lansing, Mich.
We first assumed there was no close family, but the 1940 census showed an 11-year-old daughter Lucille T.  She later married James Pollard Jr. in Michigan. Lucille's daughter Terry Traster came from Colorado came to visit Larry Proctor before he died so it appears she was married twice.

We know from the 1910 and 1920 US Federal Census that Lucille had several siblings: Frank Dan Picciano b. 1900, Mary Picciano b. ca 1903, Anthony (Tony) Picciano b. ca 1904,  Michael Picciano b. ca 1906, Tommy Picciano b. ca 1906, and another daughter Mary Picciano b. 1919, suggesting the older Mary may have died.

We want to return these photos to the family and have asked for help locating them from a local historical society in New York.  Since we contacted them, we think we have located Lucille's daughter, still living in Colorado. A letter has been sent to her.

In the meantime, if you have any information about the family, please contact us at
